Request an Item

After setting up your online e-library account at the library, access the Montana Shared Catalog by clicking here.  The dropdown menu automatically defaults to the Partner Libraries.

Browse until you find the book or item you need.  Click on the “Full Details” box beside the title to view more information about the item.  Then click “Place a Hold.” 

A screen will come up asking for your library card number and PIN.  After entering both, click “Place Hold.”  A new screen will let you know if the request was successful.  Click “OK.”
